More Great News!
We’re now able to expand our road repairs to include:
- Country Club (front gate to Casas Bellas)
- North Country Club (Country Club to the Firehouse)
- Paseo Teresa (From Firehouse to at least Trevino)
- Feathermoon (From Paseo Teresa to just past the Country Club entrance)
Yes, that is all the roads. Remember, we are just patching.
Since this is the largest patch job to date, the time frame for repairs is now extended to a week or more.
During the road work:
- PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THE LARGE POTHOLES UNTIL THE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED.
- PLEASE DRIVE SLOWER THAN USUAL THRU THE COUNTRY CLUB AREA.
- REMEMBER, THE COUNTRY CLUB AREA IS A CONSTRUCTION ZONE.
- THE WORKERS HAVE REPORTED MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL SPEEDING, AND PLEASE SLOW DOWN.
- FINALLY, PLEASE SLOW DOWN.
FYI: Yes, the holes are being cleaned out, prepped with a sealer, then the asphalt is being tamped down with a small “crown” (mound) left on top so the tires of our car can compact the holes to a level road height.
And yes, the workers have patched holes before now.
