They are trying to Silence The Santa Teresa Community!
On June 9, we received a Motion to Dismiss Provisional Government of Santa Teresa PGOST(NM); Nelson J. Goodin has requested this for the second time. They want to silence the Santa Teresa Community as a whole. If this takes place, we as residents will have to hire lawyers individually to continue the disputes we currently have going. I will explain in detail at July 28 meeting.
This dismissal request only expresses fear on their end that we as a community (Santa Teresa PGOST-NM) have the leverage to change their course/agenda. By dismantling us “PGOST-NM,” then they will gain power. We must stay united as a community to accomplish our goal of becoming a City!
